Create a visual version of the goals you set in #1. You can cut pictures from magazines, print them off from websites or use a program like Canva to create your vision board.
- Take action: Don’t just daydream about your goals; take steps to achieve them. Whether you want to learn a new skill, start a new hobby, or start your own business, the key to empowering yourself is to take action.
