41 Secrets to Looking and Feeling Good Even During COVID-19

  1. Wake up 1 hour earlier each day
  2. Exercise at least 3 times per week for 20 minutes
  3. Eat organic foods as much as possible
  4. Have one green juice or smoothie every day
  5. Drink 8 ounces of warm water with the juice of ½ lemon every day
  6. Write down and review your goals often
