- Wake up 1 hour earlier each day
- Exercise at least 3 times per week for 20 minutes
- Eat organic foods as much as possible
- Have one green juice or smoothie every day

- Take a vacation (even a long weekend) at least once a year

- Get a series of colonics at least once every 3 months
- Indulge in an infrared sauna as often as you can
- Walk as often as you can, use a pedometer to track if you want to. 10,000 steps per day are recommended but this is about you
- Work at a standing desk or use boxes or a wooden plank to bolster your computer to a standing position
- Take a cold shower daily
- Pray often. Talk to God. Listen to your heart.
- Have faith. Anything is possible. Just Believe.
- Walk barefoot often
- Talk to a therapist as often as you need one
- Let go of the past. Live in the present.
- Learn to forgive (yourself & others)
- Use coconut oil on your skin
- Use a water filter in your shower
- Drink (plenty of) filtered water only
- Connect with friends and family often
- Get plenty of sunshine
- Go to church or participate in fellowship often
- Have meaningful conversations with your children
- Read with an open mind. Read daily.
- Practice yoga at least twice per week
- Keep your surroundings clean & clutter-free
- Expand your circle of friends to include other races/cultures
- Go to the symphony or ballet
- Keep and write in a journal daily
- Get a mani-pedi every week
- Take a cruise
- Discover your passion and take action to pursue it.
- Share your story with someone
- Practice gratitude. In everything give thanks.
